How do your cookies come packaged?
To ensure freshness, all of our decorated cookies include individually heat-sealed cellophane packaging at no extra cost.
How size cookies do you offer and how much do they cost?
We offer two different sizes of our custom cookies: mini - 2.5" and regular - 5"(This may change depending on request)
Pricing varies*: mini starting at $3, regular starting at $6)
*Variables include: color quantity and design intricacy
Do you have cookies that I can buy right now?
At this time, we are not a retail bakery location, so we do not have cookies ready made for walk-in customers. However, extra cookies can be posted for sale on instagram during pre-sale pickups. We will be attending farmer's markets/fairs soon!
When will you have your pre-sale orders?
Pre-Order Sales go live about 3-4 weeks before holiday dates.
There will usually be a pre-order sale for the following, but not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Teacher's Appreciation Week, Graduation Season, Halloween, and Christmas.
Can I place an order for the same day or week I need cookies?
Unfortunately we do not offer same day orders – we need at least two weeks in advance due to the time it takes to process an order or if there are already orders in place. We recommend placing your order as soon as you can to ensure your order will be fulfilled.
If you need to place a rushed order (one week ahead of event), submit custom cookie order form and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer shipping?
We do not currently offer shipping, however it may change in the near future!
